Association “Association of Latvian Printing Companies” implements the project “Measures to promote productivity and innovation in the Latvian printing and packaging industry” (project No 1.2.2.1/16/A/008), programme 1.2.2.1. “Support for training for employees”.
The project runs from 1 June 2016 to 31 December 2023.
Target group – entrepreneurs.
ERDF aid intensity:
For large traders: 30-50%
For medium-sized enterprises: 60%
For small businesses: 70%
The initial total eligible costs of the project are EUR 1 700 000, of which the planned ERDF support is EUR 900 000. The project is expected to involve at least 52 enterprises and 1 228 persons employed in these enterprises. The additional cost of the project’s approved super-financing is EUR 900 000, of which the planned ERDF support is EUR 500 000.00. The project is expected to involve at least 22 enterprises and 576 persons employed in these enterprises.
The aim of the project is to provide support to entrepreneurs in the paper and paper products, printing and related industries to improve the skills of their workforce in order to promote technological innovation and increase labour productivity.
